1. Measurement feedback component for high-speed vertical machining center
The measurement feedback components include encoders, grating rulers, etc. It is necessary to regularly check and detect whether the connections of each component are loose, whether they are contaminated by oil or dust. Dust and small iron filings may damage these components.
2. Electrical control part of high-speed vertical machining center
Regularly check whether the external three-phase power supply voltage connected to the machine tool is normal; Check if the electrical components are connected properly; Use CRT display diagnostic screen to check whether various switches are effective; Check if all relays and contactors are working properly and if the contacts are in good condition; Are protective components such as thermal relays and arc suppressors effective; Check if the internal components of the electrical cabinet in the vertical machining center are overheating. For poor contact of the contactor contacts, the contactor can be disassembled, and the high-temperature oxide on the surface of the contacts can be scraped off with a small file. Then, the debris can be wiped out with degreasing cotton and alcohol, reassembled, and the contacts can be tested for conductivity with a multimeter.
3. Control part of CNC system for high-speed vertical machining center
The control system includes CNC units, power modules, I/O interfaces, servo amplifiers, spindle amplifiers, operation panels, displays, etc. During maintenance, the main task is to check whether the voltage values are within the specified range; Is there any looseness in the connection of electrical components; Check if the fans of each functional module are running normally and remove dust from the fans and dust filters.
4. High speed vertical machining center servo motor and spindle motor parts
The servo motor and control system are the key parts of the machine tool's power source and precision control, with a focus on checking noise and temperature rise. If the noise or temperature rise is too high, it should be determined whether it is a mechanical problem such as bearings or a parameter setting problem with the amplifier that matches it, and corresponding measures should be taken to solve it. If there is abnormal sound during the movement of the servo shaft, it may be caused by mechanical noise caused by the screw, coupling, and non concentricity with the servo motor. The vertical machining center motor can be disconnected from the coupling and run separately. If the motor still has noise, adjust the speed ring gain and position ring gain appropriately to make the motor silent. If there is no noise, it is judged that it is a problem with the concentricity of the screw and coupling, recalibrate the concentricity, and then connect it to the motor. The problem can generally be eliminated.
These four points are introduced to the daily maintenance of high-speed vertical machining centers, hoping to help you understand them to some extent!
