The after-sales scope of Heideke machine tools strictly follows the national and industry standards to implement the three guarantee policy. Within one year after the sale of the new machine: in case of mechanical transmission, electronic and electrical short circuits, failure or defects of various main components, etc., in accordance with our after-sales philosophy, we will respond within 48 hours nationwide and solve problems within 12 hours within the province. We will provide enthusiastic service and actively handle the situation.
